Wood-fired pizza perfection

Traditional and adventurous palates are in for a treat with The Garden’s wood-fired pizza menu. Specialty pizza chef, Joseph Abboud has been perfecting the art of pizza for almost 10 years. Joseph’s top pick from the pizza menu, potato, rosemary, shallot and goats milk cheese (pictured below) features the rare and delicious purple potato.
Everything is done by hand in The Garden pizzas from being one of Sydney’s only venues to mill our own flour, rolling the dough and using delicious home made sauce.
